This one hour Reiki session, led by a highly experienced Reiki Master, offers a full-body energy reset. It combines traditional Reiki with gentle guided meditation, chakra crystal work, sound healing using singing bowls, and shamanic techniques such as feather work and Tibetan symbols. The treatment is deeply relaxing and designed to realign your body’s energy, support your immune system, and help your whole system recharge and restore balance. Reiki can support healing across a wide range of physical, emotional, and energetic conditions, creating space for the body and mind to return to a state of natural well-being.

After your first session, we’ll have the chance to reflect on what came up and agree on a targeted healing goal. If appropriate, you’ll be invited to book a personalised four-session bundle at a reduced rate. Each session will continue to include Reiki, sound healing, crystals, and guided meditation, but with the energy work specifically shaped to support your unique path and intention for healing.
